The SWAG Chart is shown here as part of an email I sent to American Artist's Forum to state my position on the issue of pure vs impure watercolor in the Florida Watercolor Society. It simply shows the numbers of paintings by type (pure watercolor vs. impure watercolor - acrylics, gouache, etc.) show by show over the last 17 years (given certain assumptions about my own abilities to discern pure from impure watercolor in show catalogs).
